Plaintiff, as the widow surviving her husband George Carner, was allowed dependency compensation* by the workmen's compensation commission because of his death from an injury received while an employee of the defendant company. On leave granted the defendant appeals in the nature of certiorari, and the principal question involved is whether his injury arose in the course of his employment.
