This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of a court composed of three judges, finding the defendant guilty of wilfully making improper exposure of his person in the presence of a child under the age of 16 years and by so doing committing a felonious assault upon her. The defendant was committed to Lima State Hospital for examination and report.
