This is a negligence case grounded upon a highway collision. Plaintiff, appellant here, brought this suit for damages as a result of injuries received by his wife while sitting in the cab of his truck parked off of the pavement on the side of the highway, the injuries having been received by his wife as a result of a logging truck being operated into the rear of the truck in which Mrs. Beene was sitting.
