Plaintiff in error, who was plaintiff in the trial court, on October 10, 1950, obtained a resident deer hunting license from an authorized agent of the Game and Fish Department of the State of Colorado. This license plainly shows that in obtaining same, plaintiff disclosed that he was not a citizen of the United States, and not a citizen of the State of Colorado, but had resided in the state for five years.
