This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants in the sum of $1,500, entered on a verdict of a jury for $2,500 after the court on motion for a new trial had ordered a remittitur of all over $1,500, which remittitur was accepted by the plaintiff.

Five errors are assigned, the first of which is directed to the admission of certain testimony...
