Defendant Brinkman, having heretofore been granted an inspection of the record of attendance of a grand jury which has indicted him for conspiracy, for various violations of several of the provisions of article 170 of the Penal Law and for certain violations of the provisions of sections 886 and 901 of the New York City Charter, now further moves for an order permitting him to examine the grand jury...
