Isadore Switkes, having sustained an accidental personal injury, duly filed a claim for Workmen's Compensation with the State Industrial Accident Commission on June 22, 1951. After testimony had been taken on three occasions, the Commission, on June 30, 1952 disallowed the claim on the ground that the injury did not arise out of and in the course of his employment.
