This appeal has developed by reason of two habeas corpus proceedings which were consolidated for the purpose of trial. Upon submission to the trial court it denied the relief sought and quashed both of the writs previously issued. Each of the plaintiff-petitioners has appealed and the two causes of action, by reason of a stipulation and agreement between counsel representing the respective parties herein, have been consolidated for the purpose...
