This is an action brought for the purpose of removing a popcorn stand seven feet by fourteen feet from the fire limits of Riverton of this state. T.E. Knight is the plaintiff in this case. Defendants are the City of Riverton and the officials thereof and the owners of the property to which the popcorn stand was moved namely, lot 24 in block 9 of the City of Riverton, and John A.
