This is a bastardy proceeding. On the 14th day of February, 1952, appellee Jewell Dean Sharp filed in the Conway County Court a verified complaint alleging that she was pregnant and that Olen Epperson was the father of her unborn child, and prayed that a warrant be issued for him and that upon a hearing he be declared the father of the child.
