Appellant, Frances Huff, brought suit in the circuit court of Cook County to construe a will devising real estate to her. The master recommended dismissal of her complaint for want of equity, and her exceptions to the master's report were subsequently overruled by the circuit court and the cause was dismissed for want of equity.
