This is a suit to quiet title and involves the construction of a deed. The complainants filed with their bill as Exhibit "A" thereto the original deed of the complainants to the defendant, appellee. The bill was demurred to. The question thus squarely presented is that this deed conveys the land to the defendant which is claimed in the bill to have been excepted therefrom.
