Northbrook Homes, Inc., a creditor of Field Heating & Ventilating Company, bankrupt, filed a claim against the debtor estate for $3289 balance on an indebtedness due it from the bankrupt, as it averred, for borrowed money in the sum of $11,000, reduced by set-off credits to that amount.
