This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary Examiner in finally rejecting claims 19, 20, 23, 24, and 25 of appellant's application, serial no. 594,031, for a patent on "Evaporating Apparatus".
