This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary Examiner in finally rejecting claims 19, 20, 23, 24, and 25 of appellant's application, serial no. 594,031, for a patent on "Evaporating Apparatus". Appellant has withdrawn his appeal as to claims 23 and 24, so the only claims before us for consideration are claim 25 and dependent claims 19 and 20. All appealed claims...
