This is a suit to foreclose various mechanics' and materialmen's liens, brought by the assignee thereof, Mager Mortgage Company, as plaintiff, against Jess F. Rose. Rose Construction Company, Inc., James O. Ferguson, Ruby S. Ferguson and Industrial Tile Company, a corporation, as defendants. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
