Under an inter vivos indenture, dated August 26, 1921, Clinton N. Myers placed in trust with the Hanover Trust Company, Hanover, Pa., as trustee, tax-free covenant municipal securities of the value of $100,000, the income from which he directed should be paid his daughter, Henrietta Myers, now Miller, during her lifetime, with remainder over as in said indenture provided.
