The interpleader John D. Clay has no interest in the claim filed by Dee A. Clay, and Dee A. Clay has no interest in the claim of his cointervenor except such as may arise out of some warranty in his deed of conveyance. Even so, the demurrer for that there is a misjoinder of parties and causes cannot be sustained.
