Spires, instituted this suit against appellant, Advanced Exploration Company, Inc., a corporation, with its principal office and place of business in Houston, Harris County, Texas, for damages which are alleged to have resulted from the drilling of a hole in the bed of an artifical tank on appellee's land by appellant and from the setting off of an explosion by appellant in said hole.
