Jesse Vinson (appellee) filed his bill of complaint in the equity court to annual his marriage with Rosa Lee Vinson (appellant). The theory of the bill is that at the time appellee and appellant were married, appellant was the lawful wife of one Charlie Hall. The appellant filed an answer and cross-bill denying the invalidity of her marriage to the appellee and on the contrary alleging the validity thereof and praying for maintenance and support...
