These are actions of assumpsit brought by three owners of real estate in the vicinity of Fifth and Wingohocking Streets, Philadelphia, against defendants, sewer tunnel contractors, for the recovery of damages to their properties allegedly suffered as a result of blasting done by defendants under a contract with the City of Philadelphia.
