This action was brought by Raden D. Rowley to recover for personal injuries. Raden D. Rowley died pending the action and the cause was revived in the name of A.D. Rowley, administrator of her estate. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant, and from the judgment entered thereon plaintiff appeals.
