Plaintiff in error, Abram Perry, was convicted by a jury in the county court of McLean County of the crime of unlawfully possessing slot machines and a fine of $500 was imposed by the court. By writ of error he seeks a review of his conviction. Prior to the trial a motion was made to suppress evidence consisting of four slot machines on the ground that they had been illegally seized...
