This suit was brought by Lee Robinson against Texas Employers' Insurance Association to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board and to recover benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq., for injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff in the course of his employment as an employee of Gulf Coast Pipe Coating Corporation. It was found by the jury that Robinson had sustained the injuries...
