This action was brought to enjoin the Police Jury, Registrar of Voters, District Attorney and Sheriff in and for Caddo Parish, from enforcing Parish Ordinance No. 754, passed by the Police Jury to make effective prohibition in that portion of Ward 4 outside of the City of Shreveport as a result of a local option election held therein on August 5, 1952.
