OPINION BY RENO, J., January 20, 1953:

On Saturday, June 14, 1947, at about 3 p.m., plaintiff's truck, operated by his employe Herbert Waite, was proceeding on state highway 220, and approximately seven miles west of Tyrone, Blair County, Waite observed defendant's truck approaching from the opposite direction. When 50 to 100 feet away it commenced skidding on the wet road and spun around three times before striking plaintiff's truck, which had pulled off the right...
