In this indictment it is charged in five counts that Mayor Dreier, defendant, on five different dates (the first being June 29, 1950, and the last October 31, 1950) received certain funds of the City of Nanticoke, that he "unlawfully and fraudulently did withhold, convert and apply the same to his own use and benefit", and that he continued to unlawfully and fraudulently withhold, convert and apply the same to his own use and benefit from...
