JONES, J.

The defendant Clyde Brewer was charged by an information filed in the county court of Beckham county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried, found guilty by verdict of the jury, who left the punishment to be fixed by the court; thereafter, the defendant was sentenced to serve 90 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $350 and has appealed.
