Denver Richardson and two other defendants were charged jointly by information filed in the district court of Tulsa county with the crime of robbery by force. Denver Richardson was tried separately, found guilty by the jury, but it being unable to agree on the punishment, left that to the court, who fixed the penalty at ten years confinement in the State Penitentiary.
