SWEPSTON, Justice.

The original bill was filed by Mrs. G.A. Black as executrix of the will of her husband and individually and by next friend, Mrs. W. O. Stone, who with her five daughters sue individually; all complainants are legatees and devisees under said will. Mrs. Black died shortly after the bill was filed and revivor has been had.

It is filed against several defendants for relief against alleged improper...
