Per Curiam.

The County Judge has determined that one Carrie Blueye, an Indian, "intrudes upon the lands of the Tonawanda Reservation, to wit, upon the lands of the Tonawanda Nation of Seneca Indians" in violation of section 8 of the Indian Law.
