Joe and Josie Kelso, husband and wife, were jointly charged by an information filed in the district court of Payne county with having feloniously committed the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, the information further alleging that each of the said defendants had prior thereto sustained convictions for violations of the prohibitory laws, the details of which were fully set forth in the information; the defendants were tried, found guilty...
