By these direct appeal proceedings a review is sought of a judgment of the District Court of Uinta County. That court affirmed a ruling of the State Board of Land Commissioners hereinafter usually mentioned as the "Board" granting a lease of the School Section 36 Township 13, N., Range 120, West of the 6th P.M., to Milton A.
