1. One of the contentions of all the respondents in their original demurrers and in the renewed joint demurrer is that the petition sets out no cause of action. The following are applicable statutory provisions: "The officers of the several courts, including the prosecuting officers, shall pay into the county treasury of the county where said court is held all moneys arising from fines and forfeitures by them...
