On July 7, 1952, as a result of a motor accident, judgment was entered in Fayette County against William H. Mapel in the amount of $2,500. The accident occurred on March 27, 1941. On September 8, 1952, the Prothonotary of Fayette County, pursuant to section 12 of the Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act of June 1, 1945, P.L. 1340, as amended, 75 PS § 1277.12, forwarded a certified copy of such judgment to the Secretary of Revenue...
