This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the trial court refusing to grant appellant a temporary injunction. As plaintiff in the court below, appellant sought to enjoin the Citizens National Bank of Waco from voting 1,600 shares of stock in the Cooper Company in favor of a partial capital liquidating dividend in the amount of $366,000.
