The learned trial judge was convinced that the failure on Mrs. Nieman's part to exercise ordinary care when she turned left to enter the private driveway was established, and that as a matter of law negligence existed on her part. The law governing the rules of the road places upon one intending to enter a private driveway or otherwise turn a vehicle from a direct course "or move right or left upon a roadway...
