McGee, who died in December, 1948, intestate, leaving no ascendants nor descendants, but only plaintiffs and another brother, not made a party hereto, as his heirs at law. This action has for its object the pronouncement of the nullity of two acts of sale, whereby Norman McGee transferred the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ of NE¼), Section Ten (10), Township Twenty North...
