Appellant brought this action against M.D. DuBose, who is named as sole respondent, upon a complaint in which she alleged that she was the owner and in possession of a tract of land containing 130 acres, more or less, upon which DuBose had trespassed by the cutting of timber of the value of $750.00, and she demanded judgment in the sum of $2,500.00 and temporary and permanent injunctions...
