PER CURIAM.

The appellant, with others, was indicted by a grand jury and charged with the crime of conspiracy to violate the narcotic laws. He originally pleaded "not guilty." When the case was called for trial he appeared with counsel before Judge Irving R. Kaufman and, after interrogation by the court, changed his plea to "guilty." A pre-sentence report was ordered and sentence was adjourned....
