Ilanders Parks was charged in the district court of Oklahoma county with the crime of assault with intent to kill. He was tried before a jury which returned a verdict of guilty of the crime of assault with a dangerous weapon, leaving the punishment to the court, who sentenced the defendant to serve a term of three years in the State Penitentiary.

The brief of the appellant covers about a half page, and is to the effect that the evidence is insufficient...
