This was an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by a pedestrian who was struck by an automobile while crossing a street intersection. The cause was tried by a jury which found both parties guilty of negligence and returned a verdict for the defendant. On motion of the plaintiff the trial court set aside the verdict and granted her a new trial. The defendant appeals from those rulings...
