This appeal concerns an order of appellee restricting operations of appellant as a common carrier of property intrastate by authority of a certificate of convenience and necessity previously issued to it by appellee.

The certificate issued to appellant January 17, 1938, authorized it to transport commodities generally, except those requiring special equipment, as a common carrier by motor vehicle in intrastate commerce by "Irregular routes...
