The appellant, Lora Marshall, sued Dr. John S. Harter and Dr. J. Ray Bryant, eye, ear, nose and throat specialists of Louisville, for clipping an edematous polyp from her vocal cord without her consent, and a jury rendered a verdict for the physicians.
