This is a malpractice suit by appellee, Monte Puryear, plaintiff in the trial court, against appellants, Dr. G. G. Porter and Dr. J. A. Finer, and also against T. W. Baker, defendants below, in which appellee sought damages for the improper administration of a spinal anesthetic whereby he was completely paralyzed below the level of the sixth dorsal vertebra.
