Bertha Lubritsky, to be called the plaintiff, joined with her husband in bringing this action. The former sought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the defendants' negligence, and the latter to be reimbursed for various expenses incurred in the treatment of his wife's injuries.
