This is an appeal from a judgment in a proceeding brought by the Insurance Commissioner against the American Independent Medical and Health Association, which will be referred to as A.I.M., and its directors. On November 20, 1950, the Insurance Commissioner filed an application for an order appointing a conservator or liquidator of A.I.M., under sections 1015 and 1011.
