This is a bill in equity to set aside and declare null and void a quitclaim deed from Patrick McCaull, complainant's decedent, to his son Joseph A. McCaull, the respondent. The cause was heard in the superior court on bill, answer, replication and oral proof, and thereafter the trial justice reserved decision. Later he filed a rescript in which he reviewed the evidence and decided that it did not support any of the allegations upon which complainant...
