Plaintiff, Henry R. Gibson, has appealed from a judgment against his employer and its insurance carrier awarding, with incidental expenses, workmen's compensation at the rate of $29.12 per week from April 8, 1952 to October 15, 1952. As appellant he asks that the judgment be amended to grant compensation during disability not to exceed 400 weeks. Appellees have answered the appeal for the purpose of having the judgment reversed and plaintiff's demands...
