GLADNEY, Judge.
Plaintiff, Henry R. Gibson, has appealed from a judgment against his employer and its insurance carrier awarding, with incidental expenses, workmen's compensation at the rate of $29.12 per week from April 8, 1952 to October 15, 1952. As appellant he asks that the judgment be amended to grant compensation during disability not to exceed 400 weeks.
