This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate a sentence, filed by Nelson under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255.

On January 30, 1951, Nelson, on his plea of guilty to an information charging him with juvenile delinquency, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, was sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for imprisonment in an institution of the reformatory type until he should reach his majority...
