It is charged in an amended affidavit herein that on June 30, 1952, the appellant Lester Mills did willfully and unlawfully have in his possession in Justice of the Peace District No. 5 in Panola County a quantity of "untaxed malt liquor, to-wit beer, in violation of Section 10233 of the Mississippi Code of 1942." The original affidavit was of the same import except that it did not specify the statute violated...
